Deine Aufgaben

Als Teil unseres Franchise-Teams spielst du eine zentrale Rolle in der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer bestehenden Partner sowie im operativen Ausbau unserer Marke.

Deine Aufgaben umfassen unter anderem:

Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer bestehenden Franchise Partner:innen
Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs aller relevanten Prozesse rund um bestehende Standorte
Übernahme von Projektmanagement-Aufgaben bei neuen Standorteröffnungen und laufenden Projekten
Koordination zwischen internen Teams (z. B. Operations, Marketing) und Franchise Partner:innen
Unterstützung bei operativen und strategischen Fragestellungen unserer Partner
Frühzeitiges Erkennen von Engpässen und Prozesskontrolle
Proaktive Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen
Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Abläufe und Standards

Dein Profil

Erfahrung im Business Development, Project Management, Key Account Management, oder Operations, idealerweise im Bereich Gastronomie, Hotellerie oder Franchising
Hands-on Mentalität und Umsetzungsstärke
Starkes Organisationsvermögen
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (C1+) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2+)
